Ok, I just want to put into words what I do every day.

I get in my car, inhale that sweet leather scent as i recess into my rickaro seat the fins hugging my back ever so tightly. I stare at the silver guages as I turn the key. A low grumble follow by a perfectly tooned howl as my engine starts up. Rpms settle down after a dance and the radio kicks up to volume. I pull the tranny through the beautiful silver gate into "D" and dip out of my driveway out onto the local roads. I play soft music as I cruise the 25mph streets, roll the window down, enjoy the day, the quietness of this car, the slight humm as I get onto the engine turning the corners. I cruise onto the main streets, every now and then someone looks over, always waiting till I pass to see the badging.

I make my way towards the parkway. All of a sudden the mood changes. Using the on-ramp as my launchpad I shift the car down into 3 and drop the hammer. The furious growl and harmonic exhaust peak up as the car hits 7,000 in a hearbeat. Smacking the SportShift to 4 and once again dropping the hammer and rocketing onto the highway the windows go up, the system gets cranked to 11 (my car goes to 11) and I flash by other motorists that passed me seconds ago. Peaking off around 100 I let off the gas drop it in 5 and settle in around 80. Oh, whats this? An IS300? Lemme creep up (do 100 until you just about to rear end him NASCAR STYLE and draft him till he gets pissed). Taking the left hand lane, pull along side, match speeds and buck and pull on him to see if he's biting back. Then, just when he thinks he's ready, give him the knod, slow down to 40, then "TAP TAP" D3 and mash the carpet. WHOO HOOOOOOOOO!!

I LOVE THIS FUCKING CAR!!!!!

i do the same thing with my car everyday too, but my favorite time to drive my car is on my way home from my GF house at midnite or 3am when there are no cars on the road. I take my car too 100 an drive 35 miles in a littel over 20 minutes. this car handles soo nicely at all speds and boy do i love the look on the peoples face as i blow past them at 100. yipppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

recaro (note spelling) seats are fancy racing seats. pontiac trans ams used to have recaro seats (don't know if they still do). but i've never heard mention of recaro seats in a cl type s.

Thanks for a beautifull story.. I do the same whenever I drive my Silver CLS. She has me under her spell. Love the music the engine makes when pushed. Use the radio only for traffic reports. Silver CLS on LI.
