MattG: Was this your ex-CL-S in here?

I was bored and being my usual insomniac self, and saw this video with a familiar looking CL-S. Thinking it's you. Am I right?

Salem, Oregan Racers, or something like that..

I'm guessing that was without the nitrous?

Incase you're interested, I found a video of TypeR running a turbo 3G Eclipse GT V6.

Nobody compares to typeR's N/A vids. His car is the rare beast. You should repost your burnout vid although it's quite dim.

that was w/ I/H/E etc... temp was probably in the 60's

those runs were quite a bit off my personal best N/A time, which was 14.16 @ 99.11, on a 50 degree night.

i would have murdered him on nitrous. my best was 13.25 @ 105.7

BTW, that WRX wasn't stock. i'm not absolutely sure all he had done, but i know it had a MBC (manual boost controller).

Side question for you Nitrous Nuts. Is Nitrous Express a decent brand? My friend has a wet kit that he'll sell to me for CHEAP. So should I get it?

What's CHEAP and that depends. Does it have a computer to tell whether or not you're at WOT? Dry and wet kits have their positives and negatives. E.G. As far as preignition goes, wet kits can cause serious explosions in your IM b/c of the NO2/fuel mixture. Dry NO2 can only create intake backfire. Wet kits are much safer once delivered to the engine causing you to have a less likely chance of running lean like on a dry system which can cause blown pistons like ME if you run too much NO2 and not enough fuel :b

Cheap... $180... comes with everything. Bottle heater, purge, etc.. I'll find out if it has a brain or not. It's about 2 years old, and he's gone through may be a full bottle.

At least your CL looked hot AND just barely lost. That black 4x4 WRX looks ugly winning, losing, or thrown off of a cliff for that matter...

Wow, that's damn cheap for what you're getting. You can't go wrong. If it has no brain, just be very cautious when using it.
