A little fun with a scammer

So, I'm trying to sell my Acura CL on a few different message boards, which means my e-mail address is out there for prospective buyers and scammers alike. Thus, not surprisingly, I've gotten lots of bites from scammers. I've been corresponding with one of them and this is my reply to this evening's e-mail...

My responses in caps below (the spammer is Lucky Emmanuel).

Been there...nope...not done that..

A friend of mine got something very similar when he put his GTI racecar on the market. It started off pretty normal, someone just looking for a car and he wanted to get it for a client in a foreign country (which later turned out to be Nigeria)...

After a couple of e-mails, the guy offered to buy the car but wanted to do it through Western Union. Bigtime scams through escrow....

So, nonetheless...didn't happen.

Avoid it like the plague....
