left front fender
My 03 CL-S has an irritation. I will not even call it a problem because it isn't. There is a "styling line" located between the front and rear wheels, about halfway between my ankles and my knees. It includes both front and rear fenders and the door.
On the driver side, the front fender appears to be about 1/8" to high with regard to the styling line. On the passenger side, the car is perfect. I didn't even notice this until I had the car two weeks, so, it is no biggie. Especially when you talk to a body shop, who will fix it for free, Acura will pay the bill. But the body shop talks about how they will have to "break the paint" on the fender, and sealants used on the rocker panel. So, I said no, leave it be.
What bothers me, is that I saw the same misalignment on about 6 or so new CL-Ss at the dealership. This problem originates at the factory. Anyone else have this problem?
