I am currently considering leasing an MDX, does anyone know what kind of lease deals are available right now?

Could you also post the Money factors and residual %'s

well good luck in getting one. I asked a month ago and they said they are on back order for 8 months, at least at my dealer.

The money factor is based on market conditions and your credit rating.

The big variable with the MDX is, as mentioned by yayaya143, availability and cap cost. The MDX is still consistently selling for sticker price-plus here in the Northeast. Demand is high, supply is low.
