Cool Launch Control (WOT Box) for $200! Full Tutorial for 2003 CLS 6MT

Expertise in understanding electrical systems and making proper electrical connections is crucial for this tutorial.

Hello everyone, today we're installing a WOT Box into a 2003 Acura CLS 6MT to allow for launch control and no lift shifting. I've taken the extra step of researching the various wiring diagrams so that all of the wiring is under the dash and nothing needs to pass through the firewall.
If you're going to dive into this project, I'm making the assumption you know how to remove the center console side panels and knee guard under the steering wheel.

Basic Tools and Supplies Needed:

Five crimp connectors
Electrical tape
Small wire cutters
Wire stripper
Three inches of mounting tape or velcro

Recommended Tools:

Butane mini heat gun
Waterproof crimp connectors
Small zip ties
Continuity tester

Here's the plan:

Yellow - Ignition Coil Signal - ECU Connector B Pin 10 Yellow/Green
Blue - TPS Signal - ECU Connector A Pin 15 Red/Black
Black - Chassis Ground - Chassis Ground
Green - CPS Signal - CPS Connector Blue/Yellow
Orange - Towards Coils - Driver Side Fuse Panel Black/Yellow with Brown Spots
Red - From Connector - Driver Side Fuse Panel Black/Yellow with Brown Spots

I'm leaving all text information at the top of this post, if you have any suggestions or want more photos or explanation, feel free to ask.

Yeah that's gonna be a hard pass from me dawg. If these systems were so beneficial, you'd not only see everyone installing them (and lots of manufacturers offering them) but they'd be standard setups in modern performance cars.

Launch control and no lift shift is available on Corvettes at least.

But I agree that it's not super helpful for this application. I have 2-step set up on my TL and I wouldn't miss it. But maybe if you're drag racing a lot, it could be useful. Either way, the guide was well written!

Launch control is certainly common place but no lift shifting isn't so much. That was more my point.
