The last time I will ask this question
How do you get to the screw on the back of the road lights? Underneath? Through the hood? I wanna drop it out to put Polarg's in.

Yes, like shown in the scan there is a little notch in the plastic where the screwdriver goes.
You access it from the front through an opening in the grill, not from underneath.
You need a pretty long screwdriver and it seems like you are turning forever before it comes loose.
The screw doesn’t actually come out; it just loosens enough to swing the lamp assembly forward.

MY .02 it took me less than 5 minutes TOTAL time to just reach up under and twist bulb out and replace. Spent 10 minutes originally trying to unscrew housing..damn hand won't fit in to turn screwdriver.

I recommend a flashlight so you can see exactly where the screw is. Like Shawn said, it does seem like you are turning forever.
