I have the Konis and like them but I actually thought about getting Bilstiens. They are a little more compliant over small pavement irregularities. (I had some on another car). The Konis are a little jiggly over small bumps. Not terrible. They make the car handle great though.

I have both sets... Koni Yellows on my '03 CL-S, and the Tokico HP on my '92 Accord EX. The Yellows are adjustable whereas the HP's are not. With the Yellows on their softest setting, the CL rides smooth over most surfaces, but in terms of feel, the Yellows are more responsive. You feel the road way more over the Tokicos. Pretty jittery over small road irregularities, whereas the Tockicos feel just like stock over the same road surface. You get more response/feel with the Koni's, but the Tokicos handle more like stock in my opinion.

I have the HP's with the Comptech springs on my 6 speed. Great ride, & handling. The Konis are adjustable, the HP's are not. The konis are a little more stiff even at the lowest setting. They are also the better choice for performance, however I'd rather have a beter ride then a tad better handling. Take into account what kind of roads you drive on. You don't want a hard ride on bad roads.

I am in this same position too...trying to decide which ones to buy...
Exactly how stiff are the Koni's? Like if I was to go pick up my mom in my car with Koni's and comptech drop would she be uncomfortable or would she be able to tell its not riding like a normal car?
