Had a few warranty issues to claim on my 2003 CL- Type S before it expires and this dealership took care of each and everyone, no questions asked. Elias is the best service advisor to work with. Props to the dealer, the service department and the techs.

just out of curiosity what kind of issues did you have? I need to get a service and I live near there but have never used them.

Warranty=rear center console wouldn't latch and therefore not stay closed/locked. Replaced entire Rear Center Console. Noise=Found loose bolt and tightened, noise gone, N/C. Oxygen Sensor went bad, replaced N/C. Worked a small discounts into an oil, tranny, & brake fluid change. Needed new battery, orignally quoted $100-120; since I was doing the other stuff, I just took it on the chin for the battery and got it. Once billed outed, Elias got the battery down to $80 or so. Ask ONLY for Elias. Has the best techs working with him and he knows his stuff extremely well and will take care of you. Awesome guy.

Corrosion

I completely disagree, I went in to get my headlight ballast change and they said I ran out of warranty coverage 6 months ago and then a week later Acura 101 West replaced it for no charge.

I just took my car into Keyes Acura today for the transmission issue and Ed was super helpful. He took my car and gave me a loaner right away. If you have service needs and live in So. Cal. go to Keyes Acura in Van Nuys.
