Recommendations for installation..
1) (NOTE This applied for the rear, but it wouldn't hurt to do it on the front as well).
- Go to your autoparts store and buy some 'lube' that you will use on the bushings (the urethane makes an ungodly noise if they're not lubed right, and you'll haveto lube them over and over again). I have also heard it suggested to wrap, on the sway bar, where you are going to put the bushing on with some silcon plumbng tape. Didn't do it myself yet, but might do it eventually when I get a chance. I'll post the name of the lube that I suggest using, but currently I don't know the name of it in a follow up message.
* Comptech does supply lube, but if you look at the stuff, it's not event remotely enough to lube one of the bushings the way it needs to be lubed.
2) Torque those suckers down to the right specs, if you don't you may regret it down the road.
3) Wait for the engine\exhaust to cool down at least a couple of hours before starting (that way you won't have to remove the y pipe, and yes it is possible to install it this way). Unless of course you like the smell of burnt flesh
4) Definetly have some around to assist.
5) Remmember that there are a couple of bolts/nuts that are screwed together, I don't recall which ones but definetly have a torx bit [I think they are the end links] (get one of those nifty little 50+ all in one torx tools are great). Then you can stick your ratchet on one end and the torx on the other, should come off with no proble if you use this method. If not you'll be there forever and not getting anywhere other than frustrated.
Again Remmember to torque everything down to spec, it will save you a lot of heartache in the long run.
