Just fell in love!

I will be doing one of these in the next few years!!




only thing I'd do different is I'd keep it primer, just pinstripe the trunk and hood, and channel the car a few inches



Wish I could see the grill though, if he's got the desoto grill in there I just finished!

Nice. I really like the black primer look on certain hotrods. Some people will clear coat over the primer. I think they call that look "California Suede".

put it this way, my dads friend just bought one, it's in pretty shitty condition, the body is straight and all and the chop is done but not that extreme and it needs motor, interior, paint, etc and he paid like 35K

That car probably cost him between 50-75K depending on how much he did himself.

he is most likely on bags, but int he old days they weren't and were still that low, you find away to work around these things.
