Just Discovered Broken Endlink Mount!

Today I was under the CL adjusting the ingalls camber arm, and I noticed that the left rear endlink is broken from it's mount! When I removed the OEM endlink to replace with a moog a few months back, i wound up sawsalling the bracket just to get the oem endlink out, and then welded it back together for the new one......I guess I thought it would hold! (No wonder my rear end has been feeling squirrely lately!)

It's part #10, where the endlink connects to the rear knuckle just in front of the bottom shock mount. Dammit! Does anyone have experience replacing this?

Yup I've replaced three of them on my car. I've never broken an end link but have broken two brackets on the driver's side and one on the passenger's side.

Remove the nut holding the brake line
Remove the bolt connecting it to the shock.
Remove old bracket
Reinstall new bracket

It's very simple.

thanks, NSX. I'm suprised you've broken 3- i've never heard of them breaking before! Who knew that a rear sway bar would transfer enough energy to break it.....well then again the metal that surrounds the endlink hole on the top is not very thick. thanks again, i just ordered one from delray acura. how thick is your comptech sway bar?
