I have been trying to contact Jeff @ AP-Signworks.com for a couple days now to order those CL-S brushed alum. door sills .. no return of calls or emails. Anyone know him or know where he is?? I have been calling 678-468-9041 to contact him .. anyone know if this is the correct # to reach him at?

 

I bought something off him before. He's probably on the road doin shows and stuff. It would be days and days before he would get back to me. But he seems like a descent guy.

 

Good luck. They have a pretty good product, but everything I read is that their customer service is horrible and they are tough to get a hold of. Based on their website it looks like you have the correct contact info... so keep trying... you'll get through

 

He hasn't picked up the phone or replied my e-mail's in about 2 weeks for me either...strange cause he was always happy to help me and even sent me another set w/ no questions asked because of a defect in the originals...if you get in contact w/ him lemme know!!

This is the reason I won't do business with him. I voiced this concern with the second group buy, but was struck down by many of you.

Bad customer service=no future customers.

 

Jeff has always given me perfect customer service, and the product was perfect too

 

It took a bit of e-mail tag, but we finally spoke over the phone, and he eventually sent me my sills. A point of consternation fo sho, but not a dealbreaker.

 

It took a bit of time but he was more than helpful to me.
