This car wasn't even available in Japan, even under a different model name. The Acura brand as a whole has historically been restricted to North America with recent introductions in China, Russia and Kuwait.
And I never really understood the idea of filters on car forums. If you're trying to show your car off, why would you want filters that make the image less clear and visible?

That just looks like a standard 6x12" US plate; not the larger Japanese size. 
And are the letters just flat stickers and not embossed? It looks flat.
