Installing Rear Spoiler

So I bought a rear spoiler off of the internet and was going to install it myself. Has anyone else done this before?

Also does anyone by any chance have a template laying around because freaking acura will not give me one because they have to order the whole spoiler in order to get it, at least thats what they keep telling me.

On the bottom of the spoiler there are about 3 threaded holes on each side. I was thinking about drilling a hole, putting a threaded stud through it and then putting a nylock on the other side. I would then just fill the holes with silicone to keep any water from getting in....

Does this sound about right? kept it as short as I could lol thanks guys

If you look under the trunk lid there are already 4 little circle indentations(2 each side) to drill the holes through.
There also a DIY somewhere, but it's old & the pics are gone.
