Don't pay to have the Neuspeed front upper sway bar installed! It is sooo easy, that I did that one myself. It took only 10 minutes, and I'm a klutz!
Headers should take a decent mechanic only 2 to 2 1/2 hours to install. I paid my mechanic buddy $100 (cash). I got a great deal from a moonlighting Acura mechanic, who did my H&R springs, Koni yellow shocks, and Comptech anti-sways for $300 (cash).
However, I didn't shop around for the lowest bidder on my JL audio 10W6 subwoofer in a custom-built enclosure, a JL Audio 250/1 monoblock digital power amp, and installation of same, all of which cost close to $800. You probably could save $150-$200 by using the slightly larger stock JL pre-fabricated sub enclsoure.
Hope this helps.
