The only thing that annoys me, it rattles a lot. The bolt with the rubber is the source of the rattling... I do not know what to do about it! I can not fix it... I can not make quiet. It each I hit a hard surfaces it rattles!

Occasionally mine rattles when I am going in reverse (at least that's when I notice it). But I don't hear it after I start driving around. I love the sound too, I'm not sure about any hp gains though.

Also, 100% of the weight of the CAI is supported by the throttle body. I have a lot of concern about this. Does the CAI swinging and moving would break something in the throttle body?
So far everytjhing is good and I hope it would stay like this.

trying to get a lil V-I
hmmm...I don't understand how 100% of the weight is held by the throttle body. Mine has part of the weight dispursed on the hanger with the rubber washer.
I say the best benefit other than the "growl" would be the added gasoline savings. It's not incredibly significant but it is noticable every time at the pump.
The horsepower is so slight (3-8whp in a 190+whp engine 0.016% to 0.042% increase) that I don't think we would feel it in the butt dyno.

Nashua_Night_Hawk you may need to rotate your pipe a little so the weight sits on the rubber mount. I dont have the rattleing problem at all and there is little weitht on the trottle body. As far as the gas mileage, I think I have a lot less mainly because I keep giving it the gas to hear the sound. Also its really hard to get to vtec now.

Look underneath the intake where it passes through the hole. It usually hit's the against the car there, or at least mine did.
Put a little big of padding there and your good to go. Mine doesn't rattle anymore at all.
