Info on Changing the breaks

Does anyone have any directions on how to change the break pads on an 01' Cl type-s? I don't feel like dishing out 350 bucks at the dealership.

thanks,

thanks,
$90.00 per axel, parts (Acura) & labor, at an independent shop near me. Little bit more if disks need turning. Dealers have a lot of overhead they need to make back.
