I never installed a child seat in the CL... But, I do use the sienna as baby's Limmo Taxi...

Anyways, All my baby's seats, swings, etc, are Graco.. the Graco car seat with a base and its stroller would cost you like $160...

You keep the base in the right back seat and to not damage the leather you can stick a big towel below the base. Once secured, it is just 1 click to lock/unlock the baby seat to its base.

I test fitted the whole process on my CLS and it is doable.. you may find it is easier to do the entry/exit from the driver side even the child seat is on the right side..

I agree with Nashau. I used two have two Graco bases for our car seat, 1 for each car. Now that my son has outgrown that, I have to use a seat that doesn't have the same option and its a pain.

Nope. You have to suffer.

Really though, it isn't that bad. We had the Evenflo base/carseat/stroller option, and putting the carseat in was a little annoying (it's sort of a tight fit because the seat doesn't move enough).

Munchkin out grew that, and now we have a Cosco seat that is good from 20-80 lbs. I put on in our car and truck so I didn't have to swap them. That's much easier to put her in (since you don't have to install anything every time.

yeah, i'm surprised they haven't jumped on that idea. then again, it would probably be hard to make one that fit's pre-LATCH cars. for newer cars though it would be great to strap the base in to the lower LATCH anchors and then all you'd have to do is strap on the seatbelt and the top tether....no wait...still sounds like alot of work....ah forget it
