are independent dealers cool?
Hi,
I need to replace my front brakes and do an oil change..probably a service if possible. Lent my car to my friend the past 2 weeks - WORSE MISTAKE. Anyway, dun feel like getting jacked at the dealer, so was wondering if going to an independent dealer would be okay? Or, any other suggestions ? nope...not able to do it myself...

do you know of a well known local mechanic?....
I really can not advise you since I am not from that area...you could easily get a good deal locally, but will you be satisfied with the work?.... or you can go to the dealer, pay through the nose and be satisfied.... vise versa... you are going to have to call around and get some pricing before taking the next step.
