yeah do a b20 bottom with a b18c5 head. And don't forget either the crower or toda cams. But the b16 can be a pretty good engine for that car. Plus the parts for it are cheap. I hate the new hybrid board layout, it totally sucks ass! I use to go to the site at least 3 times a day, now I don't even go once. Here is a site for doing b20 hybrids
http://www.crvtec.com/
I was thinking about going hybrid again once I get my car paid off (hopefully by the end of the year). I was thinking either a crx with cheap b16a or a mini cooper with a b16a.

A mini would be cool. But the only problem is that all the info I find on them is from the UK. And that is including the bolt in kit needed. It is going to cost some dough to get it shipped over. Also nobody around here works on mini's, so i'll have to do all the work myself. And that is a very bad thing. But it won't be for at least another 1 1/2-2yrs. So hopefully somebody will start making kits in the US. Here is a link if you want to check it out.

I looked at a Chrysler 300M yesterday. I had to park next to it. To make sure I didn't hit it as I was pulling into the soace, I looked at the car. I also looked as a Ford Winstar, and Mercury Sable.
