If I get COMPTECH springs...do I NEED to change anything else? It might get expensive for Koni yellows ect....

It'll be fine...for maybe 8K-10K...then the added stress on your Struts should wear them out...then you'll have to get new struts and pay for labor again....but f you don't have the money...you don't have the money.

I just did mine a week ago. And so far, the stock dampers are fine (I've just now got 6k miles on my car.)
I'll give the stock shocks a year tops working with these springs (which is fine.) The ride now is really good, not bouncy at all. You can tell Tokico / Koni's would be nice, but not a must right away.
I'm leaning towards Tokico Illumina's instead of Koni's. $450 shipped is right in the ball park for me. Plus I've used Tokico (blue's) before, and have no complaints with this company.
Don't fret, use the stock dampers for awhile. Save the coinage for a shock upgrade next spring / summer. Plus if you do the install yourself (as I did,) the swap later is really easy. You don't even need to use a spring compressor on the rears anymore (Comptech's are that much shorter than OE.)
Holler with anymore Q's.

PS - Get the sways now also if you don't already have them. The spring / sway combo is truely amazing.
