Why no one thought of making the primaries headers longer on the Comptech-design?

You can do 3 longer pipes just joint much lower at the downpipe maybe at 2" in higher after they are tilted up...

Would it help the lower torque?

Yes, by lengthening primary header tubes you would get more low end torque. I would be for bringing power down lower in rpm range as its all over 5000 now! Or by advancing valve timing with adjustable pulleys would bring power band down. Our engines hit hard all the way to redline before that nasty cutoff! If only someone like Comptech would further test UniChip to power up our low performance ECU'S and this would also help F/I whether turbo or supercharger!
