i think my car is totaled...
32 hours after getting my car back with new wheels, tires, springs and removal of all my dents and scratches, some kid in a rsx trying to race me, hits me and causes the two of us to do spins and end up in someone’s front yard taking down their trees.
it just got picked up and a flat bed took it to the body shop, i will keep you posted on what happens...

damn man...sorry about the car....i think id have to agree with you on the totaled part, i mean just look at the roof line....just be thankful you are ok...

Damn that sucks. Damage does look pretty bad. Hope your alright. Were both of you racing, or was he the only one trying to race you. Good luck in getting everything taken care of and fixed. Do you have any other pictures of the other side.

man, i am still sore, i am about to go out and try to have some fun tonight... i will let you guys know if they total it or not, i hope they do - this is the second accident with this car, i dont think the frame can take anymore. i have never had accidents in any of my other cars, i think this ones is bad luck. my two friends and i are just glad we had are seat belts on, and we are lucky - it could have been a lot worse...

Wait till your insurance company investigates it. I doubt the other driver is gonna tell the truth. He'll probably implicate you in the drag racing. If I were you I'd delete this post.

It sucks about your car, but how does one have his or her car totaled by someone “trying to race you”.

Damn.....that fuckin sucks bro! Those pick make me want to :'(. Just thank god you and your hommies are ok. A car can be replaced, but you and your friends can't. I'd say, even if its not totaled, which it is, make them total it out and get what you can for it. That car will never be the same. Take the money they give you, if they give you anything depending on if you still owe alot, and put it as a downpayment on a new one w/ Navi this time.......or wait and get the new TL. Sorry again bro.

At least you were able to walk away from the accident. That is the most important thing. You can always replace material things but never a life.

this whole thing seems VERY fishy. some kid "trying to race" in an RSX does not cause this....no one is dumb enough to PURPOSELY ram their RSX into a CL-S while trying to win a race. it just doesnt happen. there is alot more to this than the author of this thread, and the owner of the fucked up CL-S is telling us. i think its painfully obvious that they were racing, probably around turns, and forgot that they werent in F-1 cars...then lost control and both crashed. good luck getting insurance on ANY vehicle after this fiasco!
