I REALLY need some quick help my fellow CL'ers
Guys!! I REALLY need some quick help.
I've been troubleshooting the door switch problem that just appeared recently, took out the switch, tested with multimeter and it was ok but then I noticed that the door lock hook which is attached to the body is sort of loose so I decided to take it off and check it out. Little did I know that the screws actually go into a loose plate that's behind the sheet metal. IT FELL IN!!!! so I though ok, I'll take it all apart quickly, get it out and screw it back on but NOOO!!! there is no access. There is this big aluminum thing in the back of the seat belt tensioner assembly and it is spot welded to the body which blocks all access to the area. Anyway I am super screwed as I have to go to a client tomorrow morning and my door basically has no lock.
Any ideas? Anybody had this problem before? Any tips, tricks, suggestions appreaciated.
