get the rims and the springs. You can get the exhaust later on. You car will look completely different with dropped on some 19's!

If I were in your shoes I wouldn't get exhausts unless they were the last possible mod I can do. Maybe if they offered more HP then it would be a different story...but personally...I think they annoy people the most yet give the least gains. double whammy.

okay another thing to concider I doubt if that 1500 dollars includes tires cause if it does it's a good deal.(cause when I priced 18's for the CL-S i'm saving for for new TSW were 400-450 each)(that's 2 grand for the set) but that's no rubber. so you'll have atleast 600 bucks in rubber. also i looked on the website(unless they've changed since they've posted the pic) they only offer up to a 18 inch in the "kobe" design. (i'm not calling you a liar man just what their website says)

but what I'd do if i was you. I'd go with the dubs and rubber. cause I don't know Miami cops but some of the local town cops are getting pissy about pipes . the state highway patrol and sheriff don't care too much about pipes(as long as you got your cat on and it's not extremely loud) they don't pull you over) but the local cops you gotta watch out for. my one friend has a riced out civic and when we go through a nearby town(that their cop known for targeting kids with ricer cars) I tell him keep it a little above idle but whatever you do don't rev it up until after city limits.(I think we pissed off the cop once) cause we were doing about the speed limit. and this cop like to sit in this hiding spot at the VERY EDGE of town with his parking lights and everything off. well he was waiting for us to leave town and give the civic hell. well I knew since he's a town cop once you leave town it's out of his jursidiction. the cop was maybe 20 ft away from the leaving the city limits sign when we we by it I told once you hit the leaving city limits sign NAIL IT. let me tell you once hit that (he has stick) we redlined it that sucker was screaming. you could tell he wanted to come after us. cause he started to pull out and his blue and red flashing lights came on but he knew we hit once we were out of town so i thought it was funny.

if you wanna get a exhast system.
wait till Prototype Racing comes out with their headers and do a exhast and cat back system all at once. that's about 1700 bucks if you do it yourself
