...and I know the RL has one, so could you add that to our cars? I don't know if this is even plausabile (sp) so no flames please. Just trying to come up with ideas to better our cars' less than ideal seating options.

I have wondered myself why Acura never bothered with a tele/tilt column in this car seems like a good idea but I guess they had their reasons .Like most things putting an RL column in a CL could probably be done but there are some things that will cause problems .One biggie being that airbag .Engineers go through great pains to get these things to work and that bag in a CL is set to work on a non tele. column .Another feature on the RL column is that the whole shindig is electrically operated and has a memory feature so besides the huge liability of changing an airbag you would have to sort out the electrical spaghetti associated with that .I guess given enough money one could do it but it seems to me to be a lot of work for a relatively minor convenience .Jens
