I have a favor to ask of all of you regarding Xephyr

Let me start off by saying this isn't directed at anybody in particular. The favor is as follows: Please stop abusing & harassing Xephyr. This is for all people, whether you have his product or not. In the past, people have called him a liar/cheat/etc. In response, he has run G-tech times, ran dynos, ran it at the track, printed 1/4 mile slips, driven miles upon miles to do free install and demos, met with board members, etc. Every attempt he makes to quell the doubting Thomas's on this board is met with even more criticism. I would ask that if you have a question, ask it politely, just as you would want to be treated. Why am I doing this? No, I have never met the guy, I paid $200 for my intake just like everybody else. I spoke with him recently and I just about SHIT A BRICK when I heard a sampling of what he is working on for our car. I for one appreciate the time and effort he is putting into R&D because I know from my personal experience with his CAI that I will get a quality product at an excellent price. And Park Ave Acura, whom we all know and love, now backs & sells the Xephyr line. If we play our cards right, we can continue to get more products from Xephyr. If we continue to abuse the man, and I say DA MAN, he will lose interest in the Acura line, and he will put that effort into the BMW line. Now I'm sorry if you already spent $1500 for parts and install on headers, and $400 for parts and install on sways, and the list goes on, but I can't afford that, and I can sacrifice longer development time, and less customer service for a lower price, and IMHO a better product. So please, SHUT YOUR YAPPER, or at least be polite about it. Accept the fact, Xephyr makes good stuff, he backs it up to the best of his ability. Thanks for listening to me.

Ok. Im gonna have the final word here because I just dont feel like having to moderate this topic on Monday.

And Im sure Xephyr doesnt wanna here all the "what is it your working on questions" again.

So... here goes...

We have a few people here who regularly challenge Xephyr. Thats their right. We cant expect them not too... assuming Chris is legit... he will eventually prove them all wrong with hard facts. So lets just let that day come.

As for everyone else who talks shit about him... you cant blame them really. He had their money for sometimes in excess of two months before they got word on when they would get what they paid for. So there were hard feelings.

Chris has been taking steps to rectify those problems and it seems hes on the right track. I applaud the moves he making and hope he is able to continue keeping up with demand.

If he is. Good.

If he isnt... then we will cross that bridge when we get there.

So really... this is a subject that doesnt need to be discussed. Apart from a few notorious members... I dont think anyone is attacking anyone without reason... otherwise the moderators would take care of it.

Anyway...

YOU ARE THE WEAKEST LINK.
GOOD BYE.
