What a tool. This was and never is a Honda can't get along with Nissan issue. He made it that...
Not sure what water he's been drinking from to get that sort of warped thinking.

Its the Long Island water. I grew up there, so I can talk about it.
Topher, my offer to check out the car still stands.

WOW.
Did I instigate the straw that broke the camels back and led to a banning? I was jus' funnin'.
I've never been a huge G35 fan, but I was looking at a "arrest me red" 05 today with nicely tinted windows and it looked pretty F'n bada$$.

You mean this arrest me red
You'll like the G35 coupe. I had the CL S 6spd (traded for 09 FX35) and the G35 at the same time. The CL was a bit more comfortable but the look and performance of the G is great.
I have 60K on it now and no problems so far.
BTW topher, your CL looks great! Those rims you have on now would go nice with a G35 coupe, if they fit!

Red G35+Volk GT S in gold = very nice!
Check here in ATL for G35 coupe. There a ton around here. If you want to buy from a dealer, go to Infiniti of Gwinnett. They have a nice selection of used G35 coupes. I bought my FX from them.
Good luck with the search.

Back on topic, the pics sanjbaby posted are basically a carbon copy of the car I was talking about. I was also particularly fond of those rims. It's quite a nice set up for stock, I don't know if I'd feel the need to replace them right away, especially with all the power getting goodies that are available.

I THOUGHT ABOUT THE Z, but ive got kids, so it wouldnt be a feezable car for my needs. Just have my heart set on a G35......and as far as the G37's, its a hit or miss with me on those. I like them, but then I dont. Now the new skylines are great, but damn what a price tag! LOL

The G's are a money pit when it comes to the misc. aspects. Yes they are reliable cars, but you eat through tires twice as quick as the CL. The VQ engines eat engine oil and could never go over 7500 miles on synthetic with those cars. I mean, they can, but its not great for the engine. The gas mileage on them is garbage, you'd be lucky to get 23-25mpg on the highway with the X model.
Hmm, what else...
Obviously depending on the year you get, the 07 + are fast and the interior is nicer but thats just from it being a newer year car. As for the 03-06, the interior is not much better in my opinion.
Oh ya, the annoying gearing of the G. At 80mph, expect the car to be revving over 3k rpms...
I use to think the 04-06 G was an upgrade over the CL but the more I drive them, the more I realize they're not.. Now the 07+ is a different story but those are also in a whole other price bracket vs the 03-06.
I know you're not asking for my opinion so not sure why i gave it, lol.
Good luck with your choice, sometimes I wonder if I love a different car because I actually love the other car or just because I want something new and am tired of my current vehicle....

I APPRECIATE ALL FEED-BACK GUYS. Once I get her cleaned up, waxed, and so on......im gonna go for one last shoot before I post pics of all her goodies and put her up for sale. And i hate to be a dick about this, but more then likely I WILL NOT BE PARTING HER OUT. If she doesnt sell, then I will just keep her.

Yes tires for the 19s are expensive but you can find deals on g35driver sometimes.
Gas mileage is not the best either but I think people understand this going into purchasing a G, or least I hope they do.
I think it's a great car out the box with no mods. You get a nice sporty ride and a good amount of power for $20-26K (depending on options and year)
Good luck with selling the CL and purchasing a new ride.
