I am fed up with the arrogance of Michigan Acura dealerships.
My local dealer in Oakland County has an arrogant attitude and I am sick of it. Looks like my next Acura will come from out of state. PAA will quote my car...any other suggestions in the Midwest.
My service advisor at the local Acura dearlership accused me of threatening him when I said they can either sell cars or not sell cars. The arrogance of wanting 6 hours labor at 82.00 per hour PLUS 8995 for an alignmetn and their attitude already cost them 3 cars. 1 Acura, 1 300m and one Audi (common owner of dealership)

This is still not as bad as what happened to me:
The General Manager of Sunnyside Acura told me to find another Acura dealership to service my CLS for a no-fault of mine. Oh, I am guuilty of complaining about a bad service experience.

It's tough when there are only 3 dealers in the entire metro area.
I've been treated very well in Troy! Not great, not PAA, but much better than any other dealer ever.
I tried Suburban when I bought my car. The salesman's inital offer was so insulting. I never looked back.
