1. Cut whats left of the broken stud so it's near flush with the hub.
2. Hammer the nub (what left of the stud) through
3. Grind one side of the new stud flat
4. Push it in
5. torque it down /w a washer/lug nut pneumatic gun to make it seat in the hub
Easy no, but not hard... no?
