Anyone care to share about their experiences with Sunnyvale Acura on El Camino Real? How is their service, do they do a good job etc? It seems like whenever I leave my car for a oil change they take all day.

Also get the wierd feeling that during my service they didnt do all the things that they told me they were gonna do...

Sunnyvale acura seems more shady to me than the other ones around. Went there for a couple oil changes, and it also took
forever, maybe that's just the way they do business?

Stevens Creek has always done a perfect job for me though, and they seem to be taking care of me OK for my transmission. Brought my car in today (Monday), they say the'll have it replaced by Thursday (cross my fingers).

I'd say go to Stevens Creek...

Yeah, also before my tranny went, I had told them that it didnt feel right when i went in for an oil change. They said ok they would test it out and let me know. When i picked my car up they said they hooked up electronic devices to the car and they didnt read anything wrong at all. Two days later my transmission blew while I was in rush hour traffic.

Is stevens creek better? I have been thinking about going to them instead. hows their customer service and how good of a job do they do?

Dude, Sunnyvale Acura is the BEST! All of their employees are very friendly and nice! Best of all...they have a popcorn machine in their watiting room that is identical to the ones at the movie theater! I have dealt with Calvin and Doug! AWesome guys.
