How much to sell 2003 type s 6 speed?
Hey everyone, I was just looking for some opinions on how much I could realistically expect to sell my car for. It is a 2003 cl type s 6 speed manual. Silver with black leather. It is lowered2" has h.i.d headlights. It is in pretty good shape, no rust at all. Biggest downfall in my opinion is that it just hit 160, 000 miles. So how much do you guys think I could reasonably ask for this car? Thanks in advance.
$5,500 - $6500 is probably realistic. Any offer over $6k, take it. High mileage is only negative. Has the timing belt service been done? Way past due if not and worth a $700 reduction at minimum. Condition of brakes, tires and paint may help or hurt you as well. Why are you selling and what's next? Good luck.
Honestly I just bought the car a few days ago. I have wanted a cl really bad but didnt trust the auto trans and when I wasnt even looking I came across this car. My bro out of nowhere 2 days ago gave me his beater car for free and I just have to pay the insurance which is about 60 bucks a month. So I was thinking it may be a better idea to sell the acura and put the money back in the bank and also not have to pay the high insurance that goes along with the cl.
5K to 6K is about right. where are you located? there are a few areas around this country that it would probably pull a little more$$$. That's if all the maintenance is up to date and its in good condition.
