sand isnt that bad i mean its jus sand some middle schoolers threw sweet and sour sauce onto my friends car and some other cars on a main road my friend busted a U at like 40 and went back to curse the kids out and they jus ran

I would have pulled my car away from the reach of those kids, gotten out, and then have demanded an apology from the mother. If she didn't apologize I'd probably call the local PD and have them come over and strike the fear of god into the mom and kids.
About 2 years ago some 8-10 year-old kids were right in front of my apartment some kind of a gas torch (the portable kind) setting stuff on fire. I picked up the phone and called campus police, as I was in college at the time and lived a block off of campus. Two minutes later, the campus police brought 3 squad cars over and gave those kids a talkin' to for about a half hour. It was 10:30 at night too... makes you wonder what their parents were doing all that time.

I've never herad of kids throwing anything at cars. Maybe I've just been lucky and been in neighborhoods where the parents can control their kids.

Take it upon yourself to teach those kids a lesson. Then give the mom some shit for not controlling them. .......... or have a few beers and forget about it.
