how long does it take?

I went to a tire shop where I get my wheels rotated and balanced for free. So I get there this afternoon at about 2:35 for a rotation and balancing. I had my car back before 3. Now don't get me wrong I'm not complaining but should't it take longer than 25 minutes to dismount place on the balancer, balance, and remount on the car? I was the only customer, in fact they let me drive the car up to the lift. So can this be done properly in such a short time?

No problem at all. Don't forget, you probably didn't have any of your wheels/tires out of balance.

When I had my civic I went to get a free rotate and balance, and they refused because they said my wheels were oversized and it would cost me 30 dollars. (they were 17' rims.. i know plently of cars that have that for stock sizes). I left

So I get home and I call them, and I act like im all interested about the free rotate and balance.. and im like oh what do you consider oversized rims?
Theyre like, anything over 18"

FUCKERS! i even told the guy i had 17' rims.
