How to get a dealer to fix warped rotors ?

So the 'warped' rotors finally 'reach' my 01cls right... so I go to one of the 'good' in LA dealers Acura101west... I have a nice advisor there whom I trust.. he says 'best' that his Service Adviser will do 'after 30k' is a free refacing - YES... dealers charge $175 [approx.] for just refacing.. and with a coupon $127 for front brake. In fact the guy in front me/customer was having a hard attack when they gave him the final $350/w/tx for the complete front brake job.
Midas, etc. does refacing + metallic pads for around $100 with lifetime brake service so WHY would ANYONE go to Acura?? they will also install Acura pads if you want to.
Still... above is a deffect... at $35k I have 75% of the pads left, since I tend to 'slow' down via 'ss' it's the 'hidden fun part' vs. just acceleration , so the ONLY way I found out about the warped rotors when talking on the cell, using my automatic mode, since primarily happens slowing down from 80 to 50.. for now.

But TSB or not, dealer won't budge.. I am curious what else anyone has done to get a warantee fix from a delear at 35k+ miles. My only other choice in addition to calling around is to take it to the original dealer I bought from.... I am rather feeling like of forgetting the entire thing... and visiting Midas. My friend had a Fiat for 12 years and with lifetime brakes Midas diligently replaced them about 3 times a year on average... The thing died.. but it had good brakes ... Thanks in advance.

Just got mine resurfaced a week ago at 42k miles....just told them the problem and they fixed it no questions asked. I guess its either hit or miss on the dealer.

I now wonder if there are 'warrany' caps/quotas for dealers on any particular TSBs... to leverage/control 'equality' for the 'cash cow' so to speak. Albeit this might be another way to normalize customers with issues, i.e. to get the customer to drive GOD knows where to help some 'bad service dealer' with the bottom line...
Were these 'remanufactured' rotors and pads ??

I got another interesting piece of info... As I was doing some other warantee work, they just unloaded a CLS in front of me with probably failed tranny... on which my advisor told me that although the case is remanufactured, the parts inside are guaranteed NEW parts... on which he also mentioned that NO dealers ever open trannys... good ones or bad ones.... so YEAH.. I suppose the parts are new.... since there is no way to prove if they are not ....

I took mine in around 37k for wheel vibration while braking from 70 mph. They changed out front pads and resurfaced rotors. If TSB, I believe they are supposed to fix it.
