the driver side is easy. grab the arm and b/c it is hinged it will pull away from the windshield. i beleive the wiper has to slide off the arm somehow, w/o going outin the freezin cold with a flashlite. i just looked for a lever of some type or button that will release it. make sure you remember which way the arm rested. once it is loose lay the wiper on the cowling. it makes it easier
now for the passenger you will need to turn on the wiper and shut off the car when it is not in the resting position, about halfway of its travel so you can also bend the arm, if you don't, you will not be able to lift up arm. look for lever or button to release wiper blade.
to attach the new wiper simply do in reverse what you did to remove arm.
