On cold morning like today forecasted to be below 0F... brrrr.. the PS belt is slipping and whistling on the UR PS Pulley like a mofo...

Anyone can snap 1 pic or 2 AND ID the 2 bolts to be loosened and the Tension Adjuster nut.. (pretty easy... I am sure I can ID this nut the other too are still confusing)...

You can see the adjusting bolt/nut on the right... I suspect one bolt to be loosened is on the left... but where is the second one?
