How about some DOT legral drag radial!

Winter and snow are over...

How about some 2 Nitto 555R drag radial (225/50/16) for the front tires... I will keep the rear the same blizzaks on 16 ... VSA off , front pressure 13 PSI and here we go......

The 16" wheels with blizzaks tires are 41 lbs compared to 47 lbs for the 18" with Nittos.. stock 17" are 52 lbs.

The Nitto's themselves arn't that bad... neither are the TL rims. It's just that IF you are looking for a very light-weight rim... then don't buy light 16" rims. You do get better traction, but if you are spending the money for new Nitto's and new wheels specifically for drag racing... try to buy lighter wheels.

Then again... the stock wheels are like 20'ish lbs and the tires are also 18-20'ish lbs.
