Hit a Tire @ 95MPH
So I was late for work so I was pretty fast and the exit was comming and I cut across 2 lanes and there was a truck in front of me so i couldnt exactly see what was in front of the truck on the other lane cause it was being blocked so when i switched it was too late and i couldnt swerve back over w/o hitting another car...BAM!! All I smell is rubber...so I'm like fuck i blew my tire but the wasnt shaking outta control of anything so I was like i'm fine and I knew there was some damage but i refused to look until i got @ work...So i got at work clocked in than walked out the back wherei parked my car a huge indention...so popped the bumper back out form the inside it doesnt look that bad at all unless you look closely you can see the lil dent in the plastic that wont pop out all the way...But now there is a huge tire scrap mark.. and I dont know how to get it out...any ideas? I know i tried scrapping it off to see the paint i use my finger nail to get a lil off and it worked, but it was freaking hard almost broke my finger trying to get it off...I need some strong stuff cause it looks like a thick scuff on my bumper and its all back...What can i use to get it out?..thanks guys

Sorry to hear man. Try Meguiar's scratch remover, I think it's called Scratch-X. It works pretty well. I was just on a local highway over here in MD and right in the middle of the highway was a huge box. I just know someone's going to be following the person ahead too closely and they won't have time to react when the driver ahead swerves out of the way to avoid hitting that box.

You can also use a rubbing compound. Make sure you don't get one that is too abrasive. There should be indicators on the label of whether it is safe for clear coats and newer paint. Once you use the rubbing compound, which will take that scratch off or at least most of it, you will need to re-wax that area.
