Question HID bulb not seated correctly?

I have tried to aim my passenger side headlight multiple times, but it never moves, not even a little. I have used both the U-D and the R-L settings, but nothing has worked. My passenger light is aimed way up, it's not even behind the reflector in the headlight. Here are some pics I took of them...

it looks like its not seated right. theirs a notch in the bulbs base that has to match the notch in the headlight.

Should I have someone else do it? Those stupid ass little springs always give me trouble.

Theres not much room back there, but Rajca is right. Theres a notch that it has to match up with.

You guys were right, the bulb was not even held in by the spring, just sitting in the socket. I had one of my friends come over and we knocked it out in about 10min., so I'm happy to say I have matching headlights now! Thanks again for all of the help!
