Hey Houston folks, it doesn't seem like it ended at the Kmart :o

i wish i got wrongfully arrested. that way i could sue them for $100 million. and i'm serious. how can you expect to get a good job or be accepted into a good college with an arrest record. you sue on behalf of future wages, false imprisonment, stress, emotional damage and everything else.

A false arrest on misdemeanor charges without all the trimmings (the ass beating, hot in the back of the squad car, no phone call, no lawyer, tried to coerce you to plea guilty, put me in a cell with murderers, etc) will probably only clean your record and about $25,000 at best.
