i have the es100's right now and i feel they dont handle as well as my old kumho supra 712s.
I'd go with the S-03s but wouldnt expect them to last as long. The S-03s are considered a max performance tire and the es100s are an ultra high performance tire.
BTW i also hear that the S-03s are the best wet handling max performance tire out there.

Just got the S03s put on yesterday, and it rained all day today. I didn't get the chance to really push the car yet, but I must say, the tires feel amazing. Unbelievable when compared with stock Michelins.
I could feel a difference even while taking 15-20 mph turns in the wet. So far, great tire, but I'll have to see how it wears. Hopefully not that fast.
Oh ya, they're kinda pricey.
