A rubber mallet is your friend.... Or you can give it a good kick with a nice pair of rubber soled shoes.....

Make sure your ebrake is not on.

yep.... the e-brake might be hanging them up... have to turn the spindle to loosen the e-brake or go inside the armrest and loosen the minor adjustment..

did you get the brass screws off?

If you have the two screws out and it still won't come off, there are two threaded holes in the rotor that you can thread a bolt into to push the rotor off of the hub. I think it's a 8mm X 1.25. I've used the bolt that holds the brake line to the lower assembly because it's the right thread. It should "pop" once you start threading the bolt in.
