Help with my interior cleaning
It doesn't look like many people browse the detailing section, so I hope no one minds that I mention my problem here.
Just had some spotting issues with the vinyl and leather cleaners I was using (Meguiars) and wanted some recommendations.
Here is the thread
thx

Sweet as Gold
I use turtle wax leather cleaner and conditioner in one bottle. It's a spray bottle and it works amazing. The leather looks and feels brand new...even my g/f noticed!!!Its kinda watery so it doesn't get stuck in the small holes or cracks in the leather and just spray on...wait...wipe off.

Find beauty in dissonance
For the leather, Lexol (vinylex for vinyl):
http://www.lexol.com/newauto.html
Another product for both:
http://www.303products.com/techinfo/...otive_tips.htm
I alternate between Lexol and 303 on the leather. 303 on the plastic trim, dash, doors. (except for the center console and gauges, just use water).
Spray product on a microfiber towel (outside the car) then wipe. Never spray stuff inside the car, it gets everywhere.
Microfiber towels are sold everywhere. Wal-mart, autopart stores. etc.

I always use the same towel for the same job (even after I wash them). I write a 'L' for leather, 'V' for vinyl, 'W' for windows on the towel. Always clean windows last.
