Help me figure out everything that would be necessary for a supercharged CL-S...

Ok, so say CompTech releases the SC for our CL-S tomorrow: What else should we have?

My thoughts:

*tranny cooler
*intake mod
*headers
*exhaust mod (?)
*stronger tranny parts (?)
*better sparkplugs (?)
*better fuel pump (?)

Is that about it? Need all those?

Fuel Pressure Regulator. The headers, and exhaust, and pulleys (aem) will probably make the car have more HP. On the civic no matter what mod you did it did not make a difference. On the Integra they noticed that mods helped out a lot. I'm thinking that mods would help our car out. In order for our tranny to be solid..a lot of work will need to be done to it. Having a SC sounds so awesome.

An upgraded ignition like Crane or MSD would probably be a good bet.

Besides all the parts mentioned here, you definitely will need a performance torque converter with about 600 - 800 RPM's added to the stall speed. This will enable your car to use the power of the engine more efficiently(the power band or torque curve). Hopefully by time the Comptech supercharger comes out, G-Force/Hondata(chip tuners) will have the chip situation figured out so that you can change your cars shift points and time/fuel curves also.

Rear Wheel Drive.
You can have 800hp... The CL just can't get traction.

And lastly some Nitto 555R Drag Radials at about 21psi, so that you can launch with little wheel spin!
