Tires Plus claims theirs a bend and crack in my wheel...i KNOW i didnt hit a pothole...is it possible for them to have done the dammage and to just blame it on me!?! Can a Tire shops machines crack or bend a wheel?!?!

They were putting new tires on the wheels...so maybe it was that machine?

it's possible but very unlikely they did it. You most likely hit something and just didn't realize it.

Yes, it can be done easily on a tire changing machine, if the operator isn't carefull.

yea i had a 2 small bends in my rims and i didnt even feel it while driving.

Uhh....no it can't be done easily...almost impossible to bend a rim one the tire machine. It can be scratched easily but as far as bending or cracking...almost impossible. the amount of force it takes to bend a rim let alone crack it could almost never be duplicated...have you ever had a slight bend in a rim on the inner lip and tried to bend it back. You can repeatly hit it w/ a mallot, hammer, pipe, whatever you want...it really ain't movin much further.

yeah dropping is possible but it still would never bend it nor crack it...just scratch and maybe gash...thats it
