Helix Power Tower?

Any ideas? here's the ad..

Spinning Vortex of Air Creates More Horsepower & Torque.

The Helix Power Tower is an exciting new product from Street & Performance Electronics that raises the throttle body injection unit 1 inch. That height combined with the unique Helix Screw design creates a vortex air flow and greatly improves fuel atomization. This results in a more complete combustion. It has been Dyno tested and provides up to 20 more horsepower, dramatically increases torque and improves fuel economy. It will not adversely affect emissions testing or new car warranty and can be used with any grade of fuel. Dollar for dollar there is nothing on the market today that can compare with the power increase you get with the Helix Power Tower. Easy-to-install with common hand tools.

* Power and performance gain in the lower rpm range
* Increased airflow
* May increase fuel mileage
* Will not affect emissions (C.A.R.B. certified)
* Has that cool Helix sound!

All SPE Helix Power Towers are CNC machined out of 6061 T-6 billet aluminum using 3 dimensional solid models on state of the art equipment.

i'm pretty sure it's bs, but just wondering what you guys thought
