Hearing a "click" over bumps

Hi guys... this is the first problem I'm really complaining about... every time my car goes over a bump/miniature pothole at anything over 10 miles per hour... I hear a "click" type of sound. Even when the little bumps are so minor that the ride quality isn't effected by much.

Almost sounds like the windshield isn't in place properly, and it's "snapping" back into place. Anyone else had this problem? I'm near positive it isn't actually the windshield, but that's the best I can describe the problem.

Specifics: It tends to happen more so when it's cold, and it's definitely inside the cabin.

I'll take a video w/ sound of it later today, and link you guys to it for better info.

Thanks in advance.

Also, any quick/DIY fixes for that sunroof hum thing? I'd search for it, but it doesn't work.

Hum thing?

Sunroof/Moonroof squeaking:

Chod's FAQ Page

Do a "find"/"search" on Sunroof

* Get some silicon grease (not spray) and with your finger work it in all the way around the rubber seal of the sunroof. You have to tilt the sunroof to get at the rear section.
* Complain to your dealer and they -should- apply teflon tape to the sunroof opening.
There is a service bulletin on this, and it should be fixed under warranty.
** Early CLs had a 'whooshing' wound when driving between 20-40 mph with the roof open.
* Foam pieces are needed to prevent resonance of the wind deflector. They go on the flap stop to lower the deflector 3/8"
* Some people remove the wind deflector altogether.
