headers and/or exhaust improve 0-60 times by how much?

headers and/or exhaust improve 0-60 times by how much?
this question has probably been asked dozens of times, but i'll ask one more time anyways.
By adding headers and/or exhaust, how much time is shaved off the 0-60 or how much extra ponies can we gain from headers and/or exhaust? does installing these mods have any long term negative effects on our engine/car? are any additional mods/part replacement/etc. required when adding headers/exhaust? i obviously dont know ish about modding so please hook me up with the 411. all i know is that i love to drive the muthaf**ka. makin it faster would be nice. thanks.
